Metallic yarn: types and construction, manufacture, properties. Bio-component yarn: manufacture, properties and application. Tyre cord yarn and fabric: fibre properties, requirement of a tyre cord fabric. Coated fabrics: textiles commonly used in coated fabric, coating materials, coating methods.
